What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy . However, a return shipping fee of 39 DKK will be deducted from your refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging , and proof of purchase must be presented.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, we offer a 24-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or personal injury.
